Barbados, an English-Speaking Island in the middle of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) has implemented a Special Entry Residency Permit [SERP] Programme.
With an investment of USD $2 Million, in one of the array of asset classes, entitles you, the investor, to an immediate unconditional permanent residency permit.
With an investment of USD $300,000 in similar asset classes you the investor can acquire a residence permit which is renewable every five years.
Once you have acquire your residency no matter under which category, you are eligible to apply for citizenship after five years of residence in the country. Holders of Barbados passports are able to travel to 160 destinations worldwide, Visa free and this includes Europe, UK, Ireland, HK and all Schengen member countries.

Information & Requirement
Two types of Residency Permits are granted under Barbados SERP Program. They are both Permanent Residency but one is indefinite whilst the other becomes renewable every five years.
Work permit application cost is USD $20,000 for applicants below 60 and USD $15,000 for Applicants above 60.
